  • Keep candles away from curtains, paper, fabrics, and flammable objects
  • Place candles on stable, heat-resistant surfaces
  • Avoid moving candles while the wax is hot
  • Extinguish candles completely before leaving the area
  • Stop using a candle if the container is cracked or damaged

Products intended for use on the skin should only be used according to their specific instructions and ingredient information. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

6. Wellness Disclaimer

Our scented and aromatherapy-inspired products are intended to support atmosphere, comfort, fragrance, and personal routines.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Product names, fragrances, descriptions, and customer experiences should not be interpreted as medical advice or guaranteed therapeutic results.

Customers with allergies, fragrance sensitivities, respiratory concerns, skin sensitivities, or other medical conditions should review product information and consult an appropriate healthcare professional when necessary.

7. Prices and Currency

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charge.

CandleBloom does not control additional charges imposed by banks, card issuers, currency conversion providers, or other financial institutions.

10. Shipping and Delivery

CandleBloom offers free worldwide shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 days.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by destination, customs processing, carrier operations, weather, holidays, public emergencies, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

Customers must follow the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

All original website content, including text, branding, graphics, product presentations, page layouts, logos, icons, and design elements, belongs to CandleBloom or is used with permission.

Content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, licensed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada.

Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in a customer’s place of residence remain unaffected where they cannot legally be excluded.
